1、主要负责出口订单的出货和出口单证制作工作，包括安排工厂发货，租船订舱，制作一切出口所需单据，安排装箱等出货后的一系列工作，确保货物顺利出运；
2、保持与工厂、货代、船公司、客户之间的沟通和协调，洽谈运价，联系货代、船公司订舱；
3、及时向相关人员反馈订单跟进情况以及出货信息，讲究团队合作；
4、能主动帮助领导处理临时交办的工作，协助处理部门的其他杂事。
任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，国贸或英语等相关专业优先；
2、有相关经验者为佳；
3、工作耐心细致，积极主动，有高度的工作热情和责任感；
4、诚实敬业，有较强的沟通协调能力，以及较强的抗压能力；
5、英语熟练，英语六级者优先；
6、熟练操作OFFICE软件。
