专业经历:
1. 全日制建筑或室内装修专业本科学历
2. 拥有5年以上室内装修工作经验（如高档办公楼/工业厂房/研发中心等）；
3. 拥有现场施工和项目监管经验， 熟悉现场施工工作流程和项目管理方法；
4. 熟练掌握相关的办公软件的运用；
5. 英语口语流利，有外资项目经验优先；

工作职责：
1. 确保现场装修施工和材料符合设计和国家技术规范的要求，保证在施工中的设计变更和现场签证不影响工程施工进度，协助施工和安装单位和设计院间进行技术沟通和协调。
2. 通过各方的沟通和协调来确保装修施工进度和流程。
3. 确保现场安全、卫生和环保标准满足HSE要求。


Requirement :
1. Major in Construction & interior design ;
2. have 5 years or above related working experiences
3. faimiler with on-site management regaring schedule, saftey, quality and cost control
4. good skills on MS software use
5, Good English will be prefered, foreign project experience is a plus

Responsibilities
1. To ensure the completeness of construction drawings inclusive of design changes affected drawings (Impact on Variation Order Claim) through coordination and communication with Local Design Institute.
2. To ensure that the construction schedule and progress are monitored through coordination and collaboration with the interfacing parties at site.
