职位描述
Responsibilities:
Achieve sales target in revenue and profit;
Distributor management & key account management to substantially grow the sales.
Understand end user market needs & monitor competition dynamics to develop actionable sales plan;
Provide demand forecast and coordinate with supply chain team to fulfill customer orders and manage account receivables according to business guidance;
Promote products and technology to direct and indirect customers through the value chain, networking with industrial partner.
Work together with regional product management and marketing communication team to plan and implement marketing activities in China
Work closely with technical and customer service team to offer premium after sale service.
Capability for working independently for new channel development and key account penetration;
Fast self-learner and open-mind with easy communication skill
Qualifications:
Above 5+ years solid sales or business development experience in multinational company
Sales experience in Air Conditioner and Refrigeration Industry is preferred; but not limited to the industries.
Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills especially with key account customers and distributors;
Self-starter with strong initiative and teamwork skills;
Demonstrated ability to build and leverage networks;
Bachelor degree or above with good learning capability; Major in HVAC or chemical related background is preferred;
Good English and Mandarin skill including writing, speaking;
Able to travel frequently and work under pressure.
