？ JOB DESCRIPTION 工作说明
Work location: Jing’an district, Shanghai Kerry Center
工作地点：上海静安区嘉里中心
Working Time: 10:00 - 22:00 with one hour dinner break.
工作时间：10:00-22:00
Key responsibilities, tasks and activities:
工作主要职责：
- undertake retail and customer service activities
进行零售和客户服务活动
- monitor, optimise and exceed individual and overall shop sales targets in conjunction with the retail store manager
和零售店经理一起监督、优化并超越个人及整体店铺销售指标
- manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies
按照公司的程序和政策，管理现金和支付系统
- plan and implement shop merchandising, layout and customer traffic flow for customer satisfaction
计划和实施店铺销售，为了客户满意度和客户量
- learn the story, characteristics, specifications of the products sold and passion in transmitting the culture and the philosophy to the customers
学习产品的故事，特点和规格，热情为客户传递产品的文化和理念
- maintain health and safety, security and emergency systems
保持健康和安全，保障和应急系统
- oversee all telephone and internet queries and ensure effective communication with the customers
注意所有电话和网络,确保与客户有效的沟通
- manage the upkeep and condition of all equipment, fixtures, materials and fabric of the shop premises
管理店内所有设备、材料和织物的保养

？ POSITION REQUIREMENTS 职位要求
The ideal candidate should have the following characteristics:

- a friendly and engaging personality
性格友善，有魅力
- at least 1-2 years of retail experience
至少1-2年的零售经验
- strong interpersonal skills, confident manners, helpful, polite and attention to details
较强的人际交往能力，举止自信，乐于助人，彬彬有礼和注重细节
- good communication skills
有沟通技巧
- knowledge of inventory techniques
会盘点库存
- knowledge of the fashion industry (preferably men fashion)
熟悉时尚行业（最好是男装）
- good appearance and elegant
具有较好且优雅的外观
- for this position either woman and man candidates are considered

？ SALARY CONDITIONS 工资条件
The following economic conditions shall ensure to find the suitable person for this position and to limit the cost for the company:

？ Monthly gross salary of 4,500.00—6,000.00 CNY;
每月工资税前人民币4,500.00—6,000.00元
？ Annual bonus before Chinese New Year.

？ Commission on sales up 3.0% of individual sales
