Purpose of New Business Function
This Function is under Purchasing & Logistic Area East Asia, the purpose is to contribute the business by
Identifying market and business opportunities and act on new business asignments in existing and new sourcing markets, transforming these opportunities and assignments into products and ranges- for the many people.

Assignment
(Description of main tasks and responsibilities)

? Lead and involve the right resources in Purchasing to secure the product development
? Projects of medium or high complexity are delivered on time and with quality
? Secure that the product is at correct quality level according to COMPANY Quality requirement
? Support other new business projects.

Specific Competence requirement for New Business Developer
Essential requirements for the job
? Experience in product implementation and development.
? Experience in the relevant production technologies, materials, various home furnishing products. Experience in Production & Product Risk Assessment (FMEA).
? Good communication capability with both Chinese and English
? Good project management capability
? Open-minded, passionate, open to learn new things with good learning capability.
? Interest in Home furnishing and eagerness to understand customer needs
