职位描述：
Job Description:
1.Supports the development of international supplier quality standards and responsible for their implementation, training, monitoring and optimization in accordance to TS 16949 and Supplier Quality Management System.
2.Schedule, lead and perform supplier audits
3.Work together with the PDE’s to resolve supplier issues in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply.
4.Develop long term supplier relationships and support Purchasing to generate and implement cost reduction ideas
5.Responsible for the quality evaluation and qualification of potential new suppliers as a recommendation for purchasing decisions. Supports supplier selection and approval according to Purchasing policies and - strategy.
6.Responsible for supplier evaluation and supplier development for approved suppliers
7.Conducts a Supplier assessment process consistent with company's SQM requirements. Effectively involves the internal stakeholders in the process to ensure acceptance and ownership of the result.
8.Work closely with Purchasing to ensure supplier performance is regularly reported and that appropriate and timely corrective actions are implemented
9.Strategic lead of specific supplier performance improvement projects in an effort to increase the supplier capability and performance.


Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree or above,major in engineering
2.Know stamping parts, machining parts,die-casting parts, especially stamping and die-casting
3. Have IATF16949 internal auditor's certificate
4. Know VDA6.3
5. Automobile industry is prefer
