○ Job description:
? Troubleshoot and resolve cases from DS:
○ Create new DS advertisers / Linking accounts
○ Advertiser Management
○ Conversion Data Discrepancies
○ Performance Data Discrepancies
○ Performance Data Discrepancies MSN
○ Rescrapes
○ Account Sync related Issues
○ User Management
○ Automated Rules
○ Support related to Remarketing lists and Inventory Management
○ Processing Budget Pacing Reports
○ Supporting and troubleshooting issues related to the Bid strategy creation
process
○ Instructing buyers on how to handle/use floodlights properly
Requirement:
○ Technical Skills: Strong communication skills. Experience working in a client-facing technical service
environment supporting web-based products. In lieu of experience with web-based products. Strong
collaboration, organization, multi-tasking and the ability to work well in teams. Demonstrated
creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Required:
● Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and SQL
● Bachelor’s degree required: B Tech, BCA, BSc comp, BSc IT, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred:
● Data analytics skills, working knowledge of online marketing KPIs.
○ Languages: English / Portuguese / Spanish
○ Customer facing: Minimum 2 years experience working in a client-facing technical service environment, preferably supporting web-based products.
