Objectives of the Position
? Key user of SAP NCM
? Responsible for customer/internal/3rd party audit
? Maintain the Dangerous Chemical Product Production Certification
? Document control process owner
? Continuous improvement
Main Tasks
? Leading all kinds of customer/ TS audit preparation/ implementation at Minhang and Beach Sites, support sales team to passing customer on site qualification.
? Organize and implement all the internal audit ( system, process, product ,layer process audit )
? Follow up all the audit findings with ATD
? As the key user of SAP NCM, responsible for project KPI monitoring, training and problem solving both at Minhang and Beach sites
? Maintain the Dangerous Chemical Product Production Certification to coordinate QC test of identified items, self-evaluation and responsible for the result of the flying check from the government
? Monitor the document control process running within the organization, initiate the audit and training to each “document controller”
? Identify the special customer requirement and make sure the implementation in BSC QMS
? Identify the gap of quality management system for continuous improvement
? EHS responsibility,

? Education: Bachelor degree or above in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. Outstanding command of English (verbal and written).
? Working Experience: >3 years experience in quality management field or related, Chemistry industry or Auto-motive industry experience preferred
? Technical & Professional Knowledge: TS16949 internal auditor ,Familiar with the customer special requirement. Know the utilization of Microsoft Excel advanced function, Certificate of Quality Engineer( Junior)preferred and experience on using SAP are preferred 举报 分享
