* To understand products needs following Castrol brand principle and develop price value chain for B2B customers OEM & Super Dealer Groups
* To design and implement Castrol professional offer and also dedicated OEM & Super Dealer Groups trade programs to meet accounts requirements, so as to drive the brand advocacy and also customer/consumer loyalty.
* To work closely with regional key account team/FWS sales team to deliver these to customers in the most optimal manner in order to maximize business returns, monitor the progress and evaluate results under the guidance and supervision of Head of Channel Marketing

Plans
* Work with OEM Key Account / FWS sales to understand the customers' product potential, so to develop Castrol branded/non-branded product portfolio and pricing structure
* Design the product and brand merchandising system in for OEMs/franchise workshop
* Work with OEM Key Account / FWS sales to develop & execute of OEM / FWS 5 years account plan
* Develop and recommend trade marketing plan and specific trade offers for OEM and super dealer groups
* Develop and recommend trade marketing communications for key accounts by aligning with communication directions of brand and comms.
* Develop and recommend trade marketing support materials and research needed to execute the plan most effectively.
* Lead the development of customer advocacy programs, including key decision maker and influencers, with guidance of Head of Channel Marketing; lead the development & execution of training programs.
* Lead the development of consumer/customer loyalty programs by leveraging each dealer group after-sales regular maintenance seasonal promotion to drive the brand preference and usage.
* Develop and recommend execution for agreed market space (e.g., trade offer, trade promotion) in the channels
Execute
* Deliver specific marketing materials for the trade, working with the local agency and with inputs from Sales as appropriate
* Good communication with Key Account/FWS sales team of plans and activities
* Deliver all agreed marketing initiatives with excellence
Monitor
* Monitor implementation of marketing plan elements and offers/activities within his\her responsibilities
* Define KPIs and tracking system, monitor progress of initiatives vs agreed KPIs
Bachelor degree
* At least 5 years of trade marketing/channel management experience with FMCG, or auto related industries
* Experience with generating customers insights and working to translate them into offer and programs
* Experience managing and developing channel offers and marketing programs
* Experience managing channel and customer marketing campaigns
* Analytical and with drive to succeed
* Team player & good communication skill
* Good communication & negotiation skills
* Work Independently
* Fluent both in English and Mandarin
* Project management skill is required;
* Car industry knowledge & experience will be plus
* Brand management & CRM experience will be plus
