2.0 Job Purpose
Manage the shifts and run the production safely and efficiently according to Jotun A/S and Jotun Coatings (Zhangjiagang) China strategy and action plans.
3.0 Dimensions
Subordinates: 3
Area: Solvent and water borne factory .
Turnout: 6.5million litre per month.
4.0 Job Responsibilities
Manage the shift leaders, to ensure
· meet our customer requirements: right amount of product at the right time and with the desired quality
· Follow internal and external HSE regulations and policies.
· Continuous improvement regarding HSE, cost, quality, service and efficiency. Make action plans and implement them within the area of responsibility.
5.0 Main tasks
· Follow up all, staff making sure they use the right PPE and follow HSE guideline
· Make sure that the process instructions and packaging instructions are up to date. Follow up all staff, making sure they are following these instructions.
· Make sure that the production is finished to meet the customer requirements
· Continuous improvement regarding including HSE, production processes, efficiency, cost, quality and service. This includes identifying investments needs.
· Monthly Performance Appraisal to evaluate the bonus for the operators.
· Having the responsibility for the cost within area of responsibility
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Min 3 years working experience in multi national company, chemistry industry
3. Fluent in English
