职位描述：
Qualification Required
? Bachelor degree in IT related fields
? 5+ years relevant work experience with large-scale internet consumer products
? Team management experience more than 5 members
? Excellent verbal and written Chinese and English communication skills
? Experience with PC/Mobile web applications and iOS/Android testing
? Propensity to probe and find defects
? Inquisitive, methodical, and analytical in testing applications
? Thrive in self-motivated internal-innovation driven environment
? Experience with load testing, mobile test framework and automation tools, agile development methodology
? Working experience in multi-national company or multi-cultural environment
? Test design and execution
? Member of a Scrum team to plan, write, execute and refactor manual and automated test cases
? Test and certify features for release
? Conduct peer reviews for tests and test cases
? Maintain and/or develop automation tools to support Mobile Device test framework(s)
? Implement best-fit automation framework and corresponding tests
? Write utilities / automation tools using Java, REST, Python, Groovy, and more
? Lead root cause analysis and track defect resolution to completion
? Review and provide feedback on development code, test designs and test cases
? Communicate status frequently in daily Scrum
? Participate in cross-group and internal customer feature demos
? Document process, designs, test results, and analysis
? Test Management
? Define overall QA process including functional test, load test and automation test
? Lead future QA team members to ensure quality assurance
? Define clear roles and responsibility for external resource
? Compliance
? Be compliant with FCPA processes for IT controls for the required applications
