职位描述：
1. Responsible for the Preparation & analyse of statutory financial reports in line with China GAAP and US GAAP as well as internal group reports
2. Track and validate Revenue Recognition in accordance with China GAAP & US GAAP on weekly basis
3. Top user of IT financial module and PlaNet, supported by the HQ IT and PlaNet teams, assisting and guiding the finance team as well as others on daily basis.
4. Liaison with Head Office regarding intercompany payable, ensuring no significant discrepancy
5. Track sales forecasts against targets; develop forward looking capability to enhance predictability and forecast accuracy of growth trends
6. Prepare analysis to track project/customer profitability to ensure profitable growth
7. Interface with commercial teams provides analytical support to major business decisions
8. Prepare Plant -Support potential investment decisions through strategic analysis
9. Maintain and control the costing of the manufacturing plant
10. Work closely with Logistics and Purchase Department to monitor fluctuation of material cost and handling cost.
11. Recommend/implement accounting methods and procedures to improve operating efficiencies and accuracy.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree in Finance/ Accounting, Business, or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years of work experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis
3. Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately
4. Advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis and financial modeling
5. Self-starter and ability to deal with ambiguity
6. Ability to work in a project team-oriented environment
7. Strong knowledge of SAP or other ERP with ability to quickly learn and apply new skills and techniques
8. Experience with costing
9. Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English 举报 分享
