岗位名称：空运出口客服 Airfreight Export Customer Service

工作职责：
1、 遵循公司空运出口SOP流程，处理日常空运出口业务
2、 定期与客户保持密切沟通，及时了解客户需求，并提供相关建议和解决方案
3、 及时处理各项紧急突发事件，包括客户投诉案例，提供有效的客户反馈意见
4、 负责指定货客户的维护与交流，及时回复海外代理的询价
5、 负责回复自揽货客户的询价，为公司销售部门提供销售支持工作
职位要求：
1、 在国际货代行业担任至少2年以上空运出口客服经验
2、 熟练掌握空运出口领域专业知识，熟悉空运出口SOP流程
3、 客户服务意识强，具备良好的人际沟通、客户关系管理维护技巧，以及处理突发事件应变能力
4、 具备良好的英文听说写能力

ROHLIG&CO.HOLDING GmbH&Co.KG was established in 1852 in Bremen, Germany. Rohlig is present in 20 countries with 1,300 personnel.
GEBRUDER WEISS GmbH from Lauterach, Austria is also a traditional family business with 550 years experience and 3,500 employees in 17 countries.
The demands on intercontinental logistics are becoming more complex. Weiss-Rohlig therefore does not only sell standard logistics packages, but also very much focuses on providing tailored transport solutions, each to meet the needs of our customers.
