Job Responsibilities：
1. Enter customer orders in system and give customer order acknowledgement.
2. Follow up orders and answer customer’s inquiry on order status
3. Gather shipping documents and update shipping schedules to customers
4. Answer customer inquiry on inventory, lead time, and sample needs
5. Maintain required data in system and provide necessary reports
6. File all order related documents
Job Requirements：
1. At least 3 years’ experience in order management or similar functions.
2. English proficiency is a must, fluent in both oral and writing, CET-6 certificate is preferred
3. Well organized and attentive to details
4. Team working spirit is a must.
5. Self-motivated, and can work under pressure.
