职位描述：
Job description:
1. Conducting business development through well defined Business Development process and building pipeline of work;
2. Leading all client management activities effectively by using our sophisticated recruitment methodology;;
3. Developing new client relationships and managing existing client relationships from the strategic perspective;
4. Driving client engagement in building a concrete business relationship for retaining the business and leveraging the built relationships to generate business leads for the team or cross-selling to other teams in the business;
5. Establishing the deepen knolwedge and expertise in area of your specialism;
6. Capturing the required candidate / client details into the internal database and share the best practice in using our internal database (RWS) with your delivery team.

Desired Skills and Experience:
1. Previous experience in recruitment / sales exposure would be an added advantage;
2. Able to work and influence senior leaders and stakeholders;
3. Ability to think and act strategically to monitor progress toward and to reach business goals;
4. Strong business acumen and anayltical mindset;
