职位描述：
The Role is critical in helping answer complex business questions for Jiahui by building clear insights from various sources on the market, government, and competitor information and data about the healthcare in China.

ESSENTIAL TASKS:
Lead all phases of healh research projects from proposal through to presentation
Monitor, analyze, validate, and interpret data relevant to our market, our strategic priorities and identify new ones as appropriate; including
aiding in the development of analysis plans and any basic data management
Leverage problem solving skills to develop solutions based on market, clinical incident and industry data
Develop and maintain a central location for collecting market data and intelligence relevant to our markets and competitors
Identify and obtain meaningful data and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and other resources
Follow and interpret central and local government shifts and regulations in healthcare
Document information, analytics process and results obtained in a clear and concise manner to support in business and clinical planning
Identify leading-edge technologies and business developments of potential interest to Jiahui
Provide customized data reports as well as insightful data analysis and interpretations.
Filter and analyze product and market related data from various sources.
Develop tools/templates to streamline and facilitate gathering and dissemination of knowledge
Build or recommend cost-effectiveness/cost-utility models, budget impact models, or other commonly used health economic models
Participates in analytical, problem solving including: definition and documentation, specifications.
Assesses and documents business requirements, makes priority recommendations, and advises on business options, risks, and costs

Qualifications:

4 year degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree highly desired
5+ years of relevant work experience in a corporate or consulting environment focused on healthcare
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail
and accuracy
Ability to collaborate in a team environment
Ability to formulate reports, present findings and make projections when possible
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast changing, startup environment
Ability to work independently utilizing critical thinking skills and to synthesize data 举报 分享
