Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced logistics professional that can contribute to the development of our highly successful trading company. As a division of American Textile Co., we are responsible for ensuring timely and efficient supply of product to our distribution network in the United States. Our Logistics Manager plays a crucial role in delivering on this promise.

Responsibilities:
? Responsible for the China export and foreign import process; managing international shipments, custom clearance, scheduling.
负责中国区块的进出口事务，管理国际航运，清关以及时间安排。
? Coordinate with freight services and vendors to ensure timely and efficient deliver to local ports
与货代及供应商联系，确保货物按时有效地到达出货港。
? Due to the nature of our business, a significant component of the work will be preparing export and import documentation.
准备报关文件
? Coordinating with the Quality, Purchasing and other departments of the China Office.
与公司内部质检，采购以及其他部门合作
? Develops and implements policies and procedures (SOP) to ensure timely and efficient work flow. Improvement initiatives for the shipping process.
发展并实施公司政策，以确保按时，有效的工作。改善现有的物流程序。
? Monitors performance, investigates issues and puts the relevant corrective action plans.
把控绩效，发现问题并加以实际改善。
? In charge of forecasting shipping schedules by working close with the US team.

? Working closely and effectively with the USA shipping team.
与美国物流团队密切合作。

Requirements:
1. Fluent in English, written and verbal is a must
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
3. Extensive knowledge of the Chinese export, transportation, sea freight, brokers and agents.
4. Must be a graduate of an accredited college or university
5. Strong teamwork attitude and skills
6. Ability to working under pressure and meet tight deadlines
