职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Fully engage Real Estate appraisal and evaluation process e.g. selection of outsider appraisers, assign the appraisals and evaluations
Conduct independent compliance review of appraisals and evaluations
Perform internal evaluation on Real Estate Collateral
Assess collateral and associated risk of portfolio when there are changes in market condition e.g. economic deterioration
Conduct site visit prior to taking a new city/region as acceptable primary collateral location
Manage and monitor performance of authorized appraisal firm and legal firms
Update collateral management operating manual to adopt change in the commercial collateral policy, local regulation or US regulation
Timely Update collateral database to facilitate collateral management
Ensure timely collateral information upload to Global Collateral Management system
Review monthly collateral report and clean up the exception
Assist portfolio manager to prepare portfolio report or portfolio data submission as required by risk manager or regional office

Requirements:
Bachelor degree
> 3 years of experience in collateral valuation in banking or appraisal firm; Certified Real estate appraiser is preferable
Familiar with Local Regulations, practice or laws relevant to collateral valuation and collateral management
Be able to work under pressure and meet the deadline
Good Communication skill with fluency in both written and spoken English
Good Skill in MS office e.g. Excel, Word, PPT 举报 分享
