ensuring the appropriate HR processes and tools are implemented
actively contributing to the growth of business through people.

PURPOSE OF JOB
For a specific Purchasing and Logistic Area
-Secure operational excellence in implementing and maintaining HR processes, working methods and local legal requirements.
-Being a speaking partner to managers and co-workers in selected teams of geographical area.
-Work in partnership with relevant HR partners to secure specific competence plans are locally translated into actions, having in mind consistency and fairness for the total geographical area.
-Secure COMPANY being a great place to work in the local market.

For a specific Purchasing and Logistic Area:
-Contribute to the creation and operational implementation of the HR action plan
-Contribute to build business competence and leadership development by supporting managers and co-workers according to agreed development plans
-To be the local HR speaking partner for one or more business units and work in partnership with relevant global HR partners, supporting implementation of competence part of the relevant global plans.
-Contribute to the positioning of COMPANY as an attractive place to work and the preferred employer in the relevant market
-Support in attracting, recruiting and maintaining talents based on business needs and facilitating competence flow inside and cross business units
-Provide support to co-workers and managers that helps building competence and facilitate career paths and
succession planning
-Act as a cultural role model in ways that demonstrate the COMPANY values
-Provide support and advice to co-workers and managers with regards to co-worker relations
-Contribute to secure and verify HR-related compliance with the labour laws and internal and external regulations. Take actions in case of deviations or improvement potential

Understanding of the COMPANY Strategic Landscape, COMPANY Business model and COMPANY Purchasing year cycle
Understanding of the relevant Category Plans and how to deliver and contribute to it
Good understanding of COMPANY brand, Culture and Values
Good knowledge of COMPANY people related approaches and strategies
Good knowledge in (COMPANY) HR processes and tools
Good knowledge of local employment legislations, co-worker relations and labour market situations and trends
