职位描述：
Responsibilities:


1. Full responsibilities on China finance affairs both of manufacturing and trading.
2. Strong understanding of standard costing, labor rate calculations, overhead rate calculations and absorption concepts; Standard cost maintains and review to ensure accuracy of standard cost in company system;
3. Responsible for closing process, coordinating with WOFE, Manufacturing, and fulfill INFOR closing process;
4. FP&A assistance on monthly report and annual budget preparation;
5. Understand and Implement group reporting guidelines;
6. Assist on quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting and mid-term planning, to deliver a good forecast and planning result; Responsible for preparing Cost center planning, allocation, hourly rate calculation and updates;
7. Inventory reconciliation and other costing related accounting reconciliation on monthly basis for Asia;
8. Organize manufacturing cycle count and monitor the result periodically;
9. Fixed Assets booking, reconciliation and management;
10. Ensure system issues (finance related) follow up and clean up
11. Demonstrated ability to impact key business decisions through accounting strategies and influence all levels of management;
12. Assist on internal audit and external audit, liaison with external stakeholders such as bank, tax authorities, etc.
13. Overall master data maintenance for WOFE and Manufacturing, collaborate with IT and function leaders (data owner)
14. Develop and coach team members;
15. Other tasks assigned by Finance Director


Requirements:
 
1. Bachelor Degree or above in accounting or related major
2. Professional costing/management accounting or FP&A skills
3. More than 5 years in MNC manufacturing environment experience, with 2 years above team management experience
4. Familiar with ERP system
5. Familiar with US and PRC GAAP accounting
6. Good excel, or related data manipulations computer skills
7. Good team player, High responsibility and self-motivated and willing to have continuous improvement
8. Strong and effective communication style to effectively communicate with all levels of management and employees and fluent in English 举报 分享
