Job Description:

1. Processing Export Orders in compliance with SOP

根据SOP处理出口订单

2. Customer service function

客户服务

3. Communication with suppliers, vendors, network (Leschaco affiliates and agents).

与供应商、分支机构及代理商进行良好沟通

4. Prepare, distribute and file export related documentation

出口相关文件准备、分类及存档

5. Maintain and complete data in operation system (ABS).

ABS操作系统数据的完整和维护

6. Check and book incoming invoices

检查并存档收进的发票

7. Create and book outgoing invoices

开具并存档开出的发票

8. Support Procurement and Sales with feedback in regards to vendor quality and price compliance

在操作过程中，支持采购及销售对供应商的服务质量及价格进行反馈

Job Requirements:

1. College degree at least

专科以上学历

2. At least 3+ year's relevant experience in global logistics, solid base of logistics knowledge

至少三年国际物流公司相关工作经验，有物流基础知识

3. Good sense in customer service; good team work and communication skills and able to work under pressure

良好的客户服务观念；良好的团队精神、沟通技巧，能在压力下工作

4. Familiar with MS office
