Role Purpose
The QA Analyst is responsible for reviewing the processes of preparation and deployment of HTML and text email content as well as testing the dynamic integration into a proprietary email delivery platform.
Merkle provide professional Email marketing services for the world’s top commercial brands. We help marketers develop a more customer-centric approach, to fully leverage the potential of Email channel, the backbone of the most digital marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities
? Email/web testing, reporting of test results, and communicate with other team members
? Dynamic content verifying, and email/mobile content change management
? Email deployment testing using proprietary email platform
? Check and review rendering issues
? Basic send and deliverability monitoring checking
? Working with interactive campaign managers in coordinating and communicating project standard
? Quality assurance of dynamic email

Key Skills and Experience
? Bachelor’s degree preferably in computer science, ecommerce, internet or relevant field
? Fluent in English
? Proficient in Office tools like excel, word; be familiar with Photoshop
? Nice to have experience working with email development marketing platform, e.g. ExactTarget
? Superior attention to detail
? Strong time-management and work prioritization skills
? Capacity of resistance external pressure
? Strong interpersonal communication skills
