Job Description:
1. Independently administer monthly payroll calculation and make payroll related reports with high efficiency and accuracy.
2. In charge of yearly payroll related settlement, and process with government required fund payout.
3. Conduct year-end bonus & 13th month salary calculation & payout. Deliver & collect communication letters.
4. Assist to international assignee & expat visa, employment permit & residence permit application. Support local hire foreigner’s benefit in kind application & yearly review. Support on foreigner employee’s housing rental & child schooling payment review and payout. Help with expatriate's individual income tax declaration, etc.
5. Provide HR service when necessary. Including but not limited to: issue employee's income/employment certificate; assist to Shanghai residence permit & Hukou application, etc.
6. Actively participate in or lead HR Operations related projects.
7. Be responsible for JCI China (include all business units) reporting, data audit, data analysis.
8. Others assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
1.3 years relevant experience in HR Operations or HR SSC in MNC.
2. Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
3. fluent in oral and written English
4. Knowledge of labor law.
5. Ability to work under pressure in fast faced complex environment, proactive attitude, responsible, process oriented.
