职位描述：
Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Checking of the “expenses claim form” per company policy
2) Timely prepare and upload payments for local suppliers, group companies and employee claims
3) Prepare the monthly cash report, bank reconciliation report and timely deal with bank draft
4) Follow up the advance payment to employees
5) Collect all allowance documents and VAT input invoice to headquarter accurately
6) Binding all vouchers in an effectively way
7) Other issue assigned by superior
Qualification:
The ideal candidate is likely to have the following competences:
1) Bachelor above, major in Finance, accounting, taxation.
2) Have related working experience in Manufacturing factory is prefer.
3) Familiar with office software.
4) Basic in both written and spoken English.
5) Team player, honest, direct and open,
6) Honest and loyal, responsibility
7) Have good communication skills, follow up, detail orientation

Others:
The Ideal candidate should have the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
