职位描述：
1、负责组织设备维修工作并对车间操作人员提供维护指导及技术支持；
2、制订设备年度、定期预防性维护计划及执行标准；
3、负责具体生产设备、工装模具、电气和机械维护及维修工作；
4、设备维修技术方案的制订、确认、组织实施和过程指导；
5、设备节能技术方案的提出、实施和实施过程技术支持；
6、设备运行相关数据的分析及后续改善方案的制订；
7、设备的不定期检查，现场的日常维护工作，并考核；
8、设备技术改造的方案确定及安装、调试、验收、整改过程中涉及到的相关组织、实施等工作；
9、负责设备的备件库存维护，根据维修记录，设定备件的安全库存；
10、上级交代的其它工作

知识、经验、技能：
1、机电专业，大专以上学历；
2、5年以上设备维修经验，从事过设备工程项目管理；
3、熟悉变配电、空压、动力设备管理及特种设备管理；
4、了解设备TPM管理。
5、熟悉模具的维护及调试技术。
