ACCOUNTABILITIES:
? In charge of B/S product development
? Plan, Develop and Test features in Agile Development Cycles
? Document related technical design, test plans and user manual
? To track and stay with the most current applica:on development of Lexis Advance from developer
SharePoint regularly
? To download and review the latest sandbox to keep pace with the latest New Lexis development
structure
? To get knowledge transferred from US team in terms of applica:on architecture, components, coding
structure and development process
? Review the func:onality requirements and the development tasks that have set out in the project
plan. Plan and manage corresponding technical solu:ons base on business requirement of Asia Lexis
Advance
? Performing so`ware development ac:vi:es includes coding, tes:ng, debugging, infrastructure setup
and documenta:on etc.
? Conduct code review to iden:fy problems periodically as each major feature is added.
? Assist product manager and system architect to develop a thorough knowledge of Asia New Lexis
product strategy and goals.
? Open to provide consultancy in developing new opera:ons, features, contents and interface. Able to
consider deep level of system integra:on with exis:ng system and long term strategy maintainability
and expandability.
? Contribute to the iden:fica:on and adop:on of new tools and technologies to promote China Online
systems, strategies and requirements.
? Technical escala:on point of customer issues.

BACKGROUND – TECHNICAL SKILLS:
？ Four or more years of experience in developing commercial so`ware and websites using
Microso` .Net framework and tools, including Visual Studio 2008,.Net 3.5+ using C#, ADO.Net
？ Has a solid founda:on in so`ware development and independent problem solving skills
？ Have good communica:on, presenta:on and analy:cal skills and a strong ability to learn
？ In depth knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, MVC, WCF, Workflow Development and Client-Side Scrip:ng
？ In depth knowledge of rela:onal databases, and familiar with Microso` SQL Server
？ In depth knowledge of OOP and OOD
？ In depth knowledge of HTML5, Javascript and JQuery
？ Familiar with REST / Service orientated architecture
？ Familiar with IOC(autofac)
？ Familiar with En:ty Framework
？ Preferred with full-text search(Elas:cSerach) experience
？ Preferred with Amazon AWS experience
？ Preferred with Agile Development experience
？ Preferred with backbone.js experience
？ Went through at least 2 full so`ware development lifecycles, dealing with mul:-:er and serviceorientated
so`ware architecture.
？ Experience with Microso` common design paVerns and best prac:ces
？ Experience with UML design diagramming
？ Experience in crea:ng and maintaining high and low level design documenta:ons
？ Experience in SQL database design and stored procedure programming
？ Experience in unit tes:ng
