1. 处理客户投诉，确认投诉的基本信息；
2. 对于客户给予初步的技术支持；
3. MH安装确认，与客户确认安装信息；
4. MH项目安装部分的信息跟踪；
5. 协调各部门间关于售后服务相关事宜。
岗位要求：
1．大专及以上学历，机械自动化，工科专业背景；
2．2年以上工作经验，有相关自动化行业售后服务或技术支持经验；
3．熟悉OFFICE等办公软件；
4．英语听说流利，能进行沟通交流；
5. 有团队合作精神，对工作认真负责。
Job Description:
? Handling with complaint from customer, confirm the basic information about the complaint
? Provide basic technical support to customer for quick response
? MH installation confirmation, collect the necessary information for installation
? MH installation tracing for “next to do”, ”problem”, ”pictures”…
? Internal coordinator regarding as the after sales issue with other departments
Job Requirements:
? from a college degree in Mechanical and Automation Engineering or similar
? at least 2 years’ working experience about after sales service/technical support in automation industry
? familiar with office software
? fluently in English, can communicate with headquarter
? team work oriented, working seriously and highly motivated
