Title: AP Accountant
Report To: Financial Controller
Start Date: ASAP
Job Location: 上海市天目西路128号嘉里不夜城企业中心办公楼第一座15层
Key Areas of Responsibilities
· Verify and process agency and intercompany invoice
· Record related journals (in English) in Oracle system, ensure timely payment
· Answer internal and external queries regarding to payment and invoices
· Perform monthly accounts reconciliation related to A/P
· Responsible for new fixed asset input and monthly costing on depreciation
· In charge of withhold tax and arrange offshore payment
· Input VAT reconsolidation
· Participate in annual auditing. Responsible for implementing corrective action as a result of audits findings.
Required Skills:
· Bachelor degree with finance or related major
· Strong project control and analyses capability
· Knowledge in areas such as receivables, payables, cost accounting, financial report, etc.
· Accuracy and attention to detail.
· Knowledge of engineering industry is highly preferred.
· Knowledge of ERP system, especially Oracle system, is a plus.
· PC skills (MS Office, Outlook, etc.), proficient in Excel
· Good command in English both spoken and written
