职位描述：
Introduction: One pharmaceutical company is looking for QC Manager.

Responsibilities:
 - Prepare the specification of raw materials, bulk products, finished products. Arrange to test the raw materials, bulk products finished products and other relevant testing. For finished products, review the testing records & sign in the reports, sign the certificate of analysis.
 - Prepare the lower safety inventory for all of reagent and spare parts used in the lab.
 - Arrange logical to adjust the planning of testing according manufacturing planning, and release the raw materials, bulk products and finished products according to management requirement. Supervise the laboratory staffs.
 - Prepare the relevant standard operation procedures of laboratory. Revise once the procedure is changed according Headquarter and Chinese regulatory.
 - Prepare the investigation reports of Out of Specification for exceeding the specification and retest samples.
 - Contact with outside qualified laboratory, send the samples for testing as inside laboratory testing and take the reports when we need within two weeks.
 - Calibrate and maintain the equipment of laboratory once a year including the ICP, high pressure liquid chromatograph, UV/Vis spectrophotometer, FT-IR spectrophotometer, Disintegration, Friability meter, Hardness & Thickness meter, Karl Fisher titrator, - Auto-titrator, balances, incubator, autoclave etc.

Requirements;
 - University Degree or above, major in food or pharmacology.
 - Have more than 5 years works experience in Lab/QC department with 3 years Lab/QC management experience in food/pharmaceutical multiple national companies.
 - Have good knowledge of preparing the specification of raw materials, bulk products, finished products and enterprise standards for new products, and writing relevant SOP of QC and investigation report.
 - Have some experience of laboratory testing for food or drug and validating & maintaining the laboratory equipment every year. Have the installation qualification, performance qualification, operator qualification and process validation experience is the best.
 - Good communication with outside lab and specific accessory supplier and Teamwork.
 - Problem Solving skills and good planning skills.
 - Good Time management & Performance management skills.
 - English Skills: Reading & writing English fluently. Speak fluently is the best. 举报 分享
