职位描述：
岗位职责：
1． Manage and make sure allthe production orders produced correctly for delivery in quality and on time.
管理与确保所有产品生产合格并按时交货。
2． Manage and controlall production staff (injection molding) and control overtime to company’s request.
管控所有生产人员（包括注塑模具）并根据公司要求控制加班。
3． Implement and enhance team-thinking, team-spirit and reduce fluctuation.
实现和提高团队思维及团队精神并减少人员流失。
4． Production workshop onsite management to control the in process output, material usage,improve quality to reduce scrap rate,continues improvement of the productivity, etc. smoothly &well.
在生产过程中的现场管控、材料的使用、提高质量并降低报废率、平稳顺利地持续提高生产率。
5． Workshop 5S as well as EHS training and management.
生产车间的5S及EHS的培训和管理。
6． Archive all of theproduction records, all required documentation to make sure all the records and documentation are correctly.
存档所有的生产记录及必要的文件，并确保其正确性。
7． To support and implement CIP, Kaizen, SMED, VSM, etc. (lean production)
支持并实施CIP、Kaizen、SMED、VSM等(包括精益生产)
8． Technical know as well as management training and support to the shift leaders.
给予领班相关技术及管理的培训及支持。
9． Provide sufficient, sustainable support and consultation to the project team and new projects.
对项目团队及新项目提供充分的、持续的支持和咨询。
10. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
主管安排的其他工作
11．Responsibleand follow-up for daily in process mould maintenance
负责并跟踪模具的日常维护。
12．Follow machine maintenance, improve OEE
跟踪机器维护，提高设备综合效率。

职位要求：
1．University degree or above
大学以上学历
2．Good management experiences ,and strong technical background in injection molding field.
在注塑领域内有良好的管理经验和丰富的注塑技术背景。
3. Independent and good communication skill; team work player.
良好的沟通技巧及独立性；团队合作
4. Good work attitude and problem solving ability.
良好的工作态度和解决问题的能力
5. English language skills, able to communicate with a foreigner.
具有良好的英语技能，能与外国人交流。
6. More than 5years experiences in production area as supervisor ;

7. Experiences in multi-national company;
