职位描述：
In the office:
? To undertake technical investigations and studies.
? To review Enquiry/Tender Documents related to the discipline and prepare technical proposal/tender package against Enquiry/Tender Documents & Requirements.
? To review the sections of Contract related to the discipline and return comments and recommendations.
? To prepare the discipline subcontract package for engineering to Design Institute (CDI).
? To attend the Clarification Meeting with potential CDI.
? To prepare project specifications and necessary control documentation related to the discipline.
? To provide technical assistance for the Company business development, procurement and construction activities.
? To review the subcontracts documentation.
? To prepare proposals and support BD.
? To act as a mentor for less experienced employees.
? To write for specialist publications and present at conferences.
On the Project:
? To assist, prepare, check and approve following documents:
? Architectural narratives/philosophies;
? Architectural flow diagrams;
? Architectural layouts;
? Architectural schedules;
? Room datasheets;
? MTO documentation;
? Section and elevation drawings;
? Interior finishing documentation.
? To provide engineering technical direction to CDI and monitor CDI’s engineering quality.
? To plan and organize the work of the discipline engineers and designers of
      CDI and to review/interview CDI resources in order to timely complete all
      deliverables for the discipline with high quality and cost effective design.
? To supervise the discipline design group of CDI in order to develop practical
And economical designs to achieve the project objectives.
? To arrange for the preparation of all discipline design deliverables including
      layout drawings, detail drawings, schedules, diagrams to enable procurement,
      supply, fabrication, installation and construction to take place.
? To ensure that all document checking and design verification tasks have been
      completed in accordance with the company and project procedures before
      formal document issue.
? To prepare TBA’s and to attend vendor technical clarification meetings when
necessary.
? To check and review the design documentation prepared by CDI.
? To provide technical assistance to the project construction team ( e.g. bidder
evaluation, definition of the scope of work, technical requirements and etc.)
? To provide discipline input to lead engineer / engineering manager on aspects of
identifying changes of the scope of work and preparing related change orders
? To assist lead engineer or engineering manager on providing all necessary inputs
      to project controls and reporting.
? Maintain good interfacing with other disciplines.
? Supervises and manages CDI to meet the project targets in terms of profit, quality,
safety and schedule.
Requirements:
? BA/BS in Architecture or MA(Master of Architecture);
? Architecture Registration is required;
? > 15 years design experience of pharmaceutical facilities, covering site planning, conceptual design, BD/DD and construction support for various pharmaceutical manufacturing and lab facilities;
? Good understanding of cGMP requirements;
? Experienced in engineering design;
? With experience on project invested by international company is preferred;
? Familiar with engineering tools;
? Good English communication skill in both written and oral;
? Good presentation skill for proposal and meeting with client;
? Familiar with GB and international engineering code and standards;
? Ensure quality of deliverable by other engineering teams such as CDI/EPCM.
? He/she will be responsible for making decision on technical issues with reach agreement project stakeholders.
? If the decision impacts the project objectives which is under responsibility of project engineer or project manager, approval shall be achieved from accountable person.
