? Monitor the implementation of SHE&Security policy/plan, the SHE&Security performance and progress of the each sites.
监控每个场地SHE和安保方针/计划，表现及进展。
? To challenge, advise and support Area Management and employees on SHE and set an example.
从SHE角度对区域管理层和员工进行挑战、建议和支持，并以身作则。
? Organize and co-execute sites SHE&Security inspections, check regularly the implementation situation of SHE SOP, follow up the implementation status.
组织和参与各场地的SHE和安保检查，定期进行工作许可证检查，跟踪落实状态。
? Take in investigating sites SHE&Security incidents, provide technical support, share the case around the sites.
参与场地SHE和安保事件调查，提供技术支持，并在各场地分享。
? Organize and make specific SHE&Security trainings for employee & contractors regarding SHE training Program.
根据SHE培训计划对场地员工和承包商进行特定的SHE和安保培训。
? Support on sites risk assessments, follow up the results and actions.
对场地各种风险评估提供支持，并对结果和行动进行跟踪。
? Monthly provide ‘Learning from Incidents (domestically)’ document to ANH China sites and non-operational teams.
每月为ANH中国区场地和非运营团队提供事件学习的PPT。
? Analyze trends with respect to incidents and/or behaviour observations.
根据事故和/或行动发现分析趋势。
? Monitor occupational health factors exposure, lead continues improvement and awareness promotion on sites.
监控职业健康暴露因素，组织持续改进及场地意识提高。
? Regularly training to sites Emergency Response Team, organize excises and evaluation.
定期对场地应急救援小组提供培训，并组织练习和评估。
? Support area operation manager /site manager to face to local authorities checks.
协助区域运营经理、场地经理应对当地政府部门检查。
? Support site managers to keep compliance with legislations. Build and maintain the local legal list, review regularly and follow up the actions.
协助场地经理保持与法规的符合性。建立并维护当地法规清单，定期回顾并跟踪行动落实情况。
? Take part in the risk assessment of MOC from SHE point of view, give advices & suggestions to sites.
参与MOC的风险评估，从SHE角度给出建议。

Authorities 权力

? Veto any procedure or practice which violates the SHE& Security policy or requirements.
否决任何有悖SHE和安保方针或要求的程序或实践。
? Stop any unsafe behavior or activities in the site.
叫停场地内任何不安全的行动或活动。

? Monitor the implementation of SHE& Security policy/plan and requirements, the SHE& Security performance and progress on on-going project site.

The Position

? To define, implement, maintain the SHE& Security plan of site/area, in order to compliance with DSM SHE& Security requirements for continual improvement of SHE& Security performance.
定义、实施和维护场地/区域的SHE和安保计划，以符合DSM关于SHE和安保的要求，实现SHE和安保表现的持续改进。
? To monitor, audit and report on compliance and progress status on local SHE& Security requirements in order to compliance with local laws/regulations.
监控、审核和报告当地SHE和安保要求的符合性及状态，以符合当地法规要求。
? SHE work is a comprehensive subject, the job holder must be familiar with the effective SHE& Security related laws and regulations, and should be quick learning, can quickly get the most important information from these updated version. Thus can provide consultative support for the line organization.
SHE工作是一个综合性的主题，从事该职位必须熟悉现行的SHE和安保相关法规，应能够快速学习，可以从更新的版本中获取最重要的信息。因此可以为直线管理组织提供咨询服务类支持。
? Thus need good coaching capability; the job holder should clearly express the requirements in an easiest way and give suggestion for the line people to on the right track for SHE& Security compliance.

? This work is to in some extent to change the mindset of employee, it will demand the job holder to good capability of persuasiveness, step by step change the attitude on safety work.

? Should be a good organizer and planner, for kinds of propagandize work or trainings.

? This job is based in Liaocheng and responsible for both SD sites and Changchun site. Need travel to Changchun regularly.
本工作定位在聊城，同时负责山东两个场地和长春场地，需要定期到长春出差。


The Ideal
? At least 4 years in manufacturing-related positions (food/feed preferred)
至少4年在制造相关岗位工作经验。（食品或饲料优先）
? University degree, major in safety engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, environment or related subjects. Or related experience.
大学本科学历，安全工程、机械工程、化工、环境或相关专业。或有相关的管理经验。
? Cross the board knowledge, solid understanding of ISO & other management system (preferable), familiar with some kinds of analysis methods (HAZOP, PSA, MSA, HRA, Tripod, etc.) & Work permit system.
涉猎广泛，对ISO和其它管理体系有深刻理解（为佳），熟悉多种分析方法（HAZOP、PSA、MSA、HRA、Tripod等）和工作许可证体系。
? Dedicated team player with good communication & interpersonal skills, demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast paced environment
有较好的沟通和交际能力，参与到某些特定小组中，可以在一个快节奏的环境中表现出灵活性和适应性。
? Highly self-motivated individual with ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
