In your new role you will:

1. Provide tactical support on disposition on low test yield affecting shipments and delivery
-Supports closure of line disturbance, low yield lots and maverick issues (disposition, analysis and corrective action)
-Coordinates with PE and Fab team or Quality on wafer or product related issues
-Interface with Product Engineering, Test Development Engg, Planning, Quality, Business units and Subcon Test Engineering
2. Drives subcon performance KPI (yield monitoring, line disturbances, Test Equipment OEE )
-Initiate and Implement projects for Test Yield Improvement, Cost Savings and Process Simplifications
-Test Hardwares, Spares and Resources management and support
3. Responsible for review, generation and release of ECN (Engineerning Change Notice) / TPAC/ TPR
-Planning Yield , Maverick Yield and Parametric bin settings
4. Manages test related documentation (control plan, OCAP, …), test data and implementation
-Reviews and Updates Control Plan and test procedures to align to Infineon requirements
-Test Procedures and Specs, Product Change Notices (PCN), Engineering Change Notices (ECN) , Quality Systems and other relevant procedures
-Test Data transfer from subcon test sites to GYMS (Global Yield Management System) /EBS
-Maintains MDS (Manufacturing Datasheet)/GTEMS (Global Test Management System), IRAD Test Master, Test Instructions
5. Be part of New Product Ramp team and manages safe launch
-drive new subbcon enabling (technical & Supply Chain & IT)
-Assess and implement product changes/transfers including trainings to the subcon engg
-Support test related topic in PCRB, project milestones,…..
6. Supports technical capability assessments in subcon.
-Keep track of subcon capability in terms of process, test equipment portfolio
7. Manage/Coordinate Change Management at subcon
-cost reduction projects,
-changes in material and process at subcon
8.Drives best practice sharing and benchmarking activities at subcon ？
9.Individual support and mentoring for team
10.Supports FAR activities including analysis of rootcause and improvement action in subcontractor
11.Participate in Infineon design/change reviews (TR and PCRs) and provide inputs on key learnings / improvements to incorporate on new products.
12.Supports VDA and customer audit activities in subcon

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A. Functional Knowledge
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent
2. At least 10 years working in experience semiconductor industry
3. Experience in Subcontractors Managemen, Device Testing , Processes and Procedures or Technology Development, People Management and Development
4. Knowledge and experience on Test Systems and programs (Visual ATE,UNIX, C++ , SAP)
5. Fundamental knowledge of FE&BE -processes/-technologies (technical and business)
B. Business Expertise
1. Knowledge of internal interdependencies (organisation, work flow, customers, suppliers)
*Excellent knowledge of various functional interfaces
*Interfaces with PE, TDE, Production Logistic & Planning, Quality Management and Subcontractors)
*Program/Project Management, Project Leader
*Customer and Service oriented
2. Knowledge of external environment (market, competitors, products, industries)
*Basic product knowledge and trends
*Knowledge of manufacturing or production trends and strategy
*Interfaces with other Functional team (Planning, Logistics, Product Engineering, Test Development Engineering, Quality) and Subcontractors (Engineering, Planning, Quality, Logistics)
3. Degree of knowledge of other relevant organisations (legal, governmental, professional organisations)
*Security/Control product management
C. Leadership
1. Extent of people management responsibility (allocation of work, training, mentoring, development, budget)
2. Extent of technical leadership (training, technical development of team)
3. Project management (size of teams, size of budget, complexity of projects)
