职位描述：
Main missions and results:
Manage the day to day running of section, the work planning and the communication with the customer.
？ Work as part of the Design and Development team, developing complete seats and components.
？ Coordinate the input of data into computer.
？ Use Faurecia tools to manage and control the section.
？ Produce BOMs of complete seats and component assemblies. Check and approve Change control documents and DFMEA.
？ Work with all sections of our business and suppliers to ensure accurate data and information transfer is achieved.
？ Manage a team of Design Engineers.
？ Participate to meetings with the customers, the program team and the suppliers.
？ Ensure the approval of development according to functional risk and operations.
？ Ensure the financial feasibilities of the development.

Qualification:
？ Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer
？ Calculation basis ( material constrain + functional dimension)
？ Automotive regulation (SR)
？ Practice of professional English : Fluent
？ Good practice of Catia 4.1 and have basic knowledge of computer systems
？ Experience of team management is a plus
？ Management skills
？ Performance and delay oriented
？ Analyse & synthesis
？ Rigorous
？ Team worker
