职位描述：
State the primary function or overall purpose of your position.
Technical support for local manufacturing base.
List the essential functions (i.e. key responsibilities with expected end results), which must be accomplished in order to fulfill the purpose of your position as described above.
A. Design and implement any product or process changes as required.
B. Cross-functional team involvement on all product development projects.
C. Specify and select new equipment. Oversee capital projects from concept to stabilized processing.
D. Perform cost reduction and productivity improvements. Scrap reduction, supplier cost reductions and competitive process cost analysis are to be considered components of cost reduction objectives.
E. Verify that all processes meet current quality system standards.
F. Support division and corporate projects globally.
G. Assist Lean Project manager with project selection and process evaluations.
