职位描述：
Responsibility
-Responsible for TP tracking and verification. Escalate to Head of Controlling and Head of FO Controlling in case TP decisions not implemented properly;
负责工厂转让价的跟踪和验证。如发现转让价决定没有正确实施，向新业务控制长和FO控制长汇报；
-Provide financial support in TP tools improvement and TP rules execution;
为TP工具改进和TP原则的实施提供财务支持；
-Plan and control cost & expenses to achieve cost efficiency in business， mainly including warranty, warehouse, transportation, sales commission, sales bonus, CMD and EC expenses, etc;
计划和控制新梯的成本和费用以在新梯业务中达到成本有效性, 主要包括三包费，仓储费用，运输费用，代理商佣金，销售奖金，合同处理部门费用等；
-Support Head of Controlling in monthly closing review
在月度新梯结算中支持新梯业务控制长；
-Perform C1, pre-post gap and WIP analysis and drive for improvement actions;
进行新梯C1分析, 预估与实际差异分析和在制品分析并推动改进措施的落实；
-Review and coordinate the cost allocation rules and methods to ensure proper cost allocation;
评估和协调新梯的成本分配规则和方法以保证合理的成本分配；
-Support budget, forecast and rough plan to set up business guidelines;
支持新梯预算，预测和战略计划并支持建立新梯业务准则；
-Review WIP status to drive for improvement in pull signal and timely billing;
评估在制品状态并推动改进排产冻结准确性和设备开票及时性；
-Work closely with field operation functions to ensure development;
与现场运营部门紧密合作工作以保证新梯业务的发展；
-Fulfill Ad Hoc projects and tasks assigned by Head of controlling and Head of FO controlling;
完成新梯控制长和FO控制长所要求的临时项目与任务；

Requirement
-Strong financial knowledge and experience;
丰富的财务专业知识和经验；
-Effective communication skills;
有效的沟通技巧；
-Good analytical skill and logical thinking;
较强的分析能力，擅长逻辑思考；
-Strong leadership and impact;
较强的领导力和影响力；
-SAP Knowledge;
SAP的知识；
-Fluent in both written and oral English;
流利的书写和口语英语；
-University degree in Finance.
财务方面的大学学历。
Work Experience工作经验
