Main purpose of the role:
"Handing daily/monthly/yearly tax declaration and filing jobs. Making sure local compliance from tax point of view. Knowing the business, tax support to business development and project execution.
In charge of accounting/reporting jobs of tax and others. Coordinating statutory book/reporting/audit."
Key Accountabilities/Responsible for:
1 "Completing the tax declaration jobs of LBC&LBS, including,
a) Monthly VAT recognition in tax system, sales invoice issuance, VAT declaration
b) VAT exemption and refund application for export business
c) CIT quarterly, annual filing jobs.
d) Withholding tax for overseas service payable
e) Different local tax and fund declaration, including stamp duty, building tax, land utilization tax, local levies, etc.
f) Filing jobs for different tax declaration"
2 Finishing monthly close tasks of tax, such as journal entry posting in JDE, VAT reconciliation, monthly account specification, accounts movement and paper filing.
3 Withholding tax for overseas service payable from operating and project activities.
4 Providing the necessary documents and explanation to tax authority for the questions, discussion or audit if there is the abnormal tax indicators
5 Be responsible for PRC statutory book and reporting. Coordinate annual statutory audit and annual CIT filing.
6 Revaluing and minimizing tax risk from daily operation, advising appropriate tax treatment to new business based on the latest tax policy
7 Leading project related to tax in the company
8 Maintaining transparent, smooth communication with tax authority
9 Finishing annual license administrative evaluation
10 Handling daily emails and telephone calls

Education/experience:
1 High level Economic education (Bachelor)
2 Relevant experience in Tax/GL area
