工作职责：
- 协助审阅公司日常合同、协议和其他公司法律文件；
- 整理合同、协议和其他公司法律文件并更新相关目录；
- 整理归档公司用印文件并更新相关目录；
- 定期更新法律法规及规范性文件；
- 协助准备公司各项定期报告和临时信息披露文件；
- 公司各类证照年检、更新；
- 负责监察稽核部各项日常事务性工作；
- 协助对公司经营管理的合法合规性进行日常监察；
- 完成部门主管交办的其它工作。
职位要求：
- 重点大学本科以上学历，法律/金融/会计专业；
- 具有金融行业（银行、证券、基金）1年以上相关从业经验，具有基金业从业资格者优先；
- 熟悉证券投资基金领域的相关法律法规；
- 有良好的沟通和团队合作精神；
- 中英文流利，学习能力强，勤奋刻苦，踏实认真。
