职位描述：
1、有效完成日常销售支持工作，保证服务质量和客户满意度
方案支持：了解客户需求，提供技术澄清和产品选型支持，协助优化和审核系统解决方案；
电话答疑：电话沟通解决客户在售前产品咨询、售中存在问题、售后产品编程和调试方面的技术问题；
现场服务：供货范围内产品售后现场服务，客户设备或项目的调试、网络开通等支持；
客户培训：对客户进行产品应用培训；配合本地销售经理，结合区域和行业业务特点，完成产品市场分析；
2、配合外部销售，参与重要项目的销售过程，并在产品方面提供专业支持，包括应用分析、竞争分析、概念测试和演示、方案优化、投标方案制作，技术交流等
3、配合销售部门制定和执行现有客户支持和新客户开发计划，完成销售指标
4、为销售团队提供进阶式产品培训计划和定期产品增新


岗位要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历，英语四级以上，电气自动化及相关专业毕业，两年以上自动化设计实施、现场安装调试工作经验
2、具备PLC/HMI/变频器方面的工程经验，能独立完成针对上述产品的系统设计、现场编程调试
3、熟悉主流PLC、变频器的编程调试和故障处理（A-B、Siemens、施耐德等）,熟悉主流上位监控软件的应用（RSView、iFix、InTouch或WinCC等）
4、熟练使用AUTOCAD进行回路设计、制图
5、有较强的沟通合作能力和学习能力，良好的客户服务意识和概念
