Position :Electrical Engineer
Reports to :Maintenance Supervisor

Summary of Responsibility
Carry out electrical maintenance activities, provides Electrical maintenance service to meet production requirement and business operations. Ensure all equipments and utilities electrical unit smoothly.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Ensure the maintenance team is meeting all Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH) requirements and objectives. Maintain proper housekeeping in all maintenance work and storage area.
2. Plan and implement routine maintenance for production and auxiliary equipment
3. Responsible for Install & trial run new equipments;
4. Troubleshoot and investigates electrical and instrumental failures. Standby for Machine breakdown after office hours. Ensure all equipment running smoothly meet production requirement.
5. Continuously improve equipment and utility reliability, take preventive action to maintain equipment in good condition
6. Actively recommend on energy saving, manage maintenance cost
7. Communicate with external contractors for equipment maintenance and order spare parts; Supervise activities of contractors to ensure to the tasks are performed to requirement and safe work procedures are followed.
8. Coach and Manage a team of electrical technicians. And Support maintenance supervisor to make TPM maintenance plan, and implement TPM project;
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree or above with professional electrical, automatic control background
· Above 5 years' electrical maintenance working experience, good at TPM, problem solving ,trouble shooting, spare parts management
· Familiar with High-low voltage electrical, VFD,SIMENS S7,WCC, automation control system
· Familiar with Injecting molding, blow molding, extrusion, steel drum machine, utility devices is preferred
· Holding high and low voltage electrician license is preferred
· Good team work spirit and strong responsibility
· Able to read English.
