Recruitment
Be responsible for the whole cycle of staffing function from workforce planning to on boarding process.
Workforce planning:
Identify, secure and develop the human capital required to support the organization mission, enable company to manage the talents shortages as well as surpluses, and act, in stead of react, to business and market change
Recruitment Channel:
Develop sourcing strategy based on the needs of different level talents, identify the recruitment channels eg. Internal posting, internal referral, etc.
Staffing process administration for instance, requisition, job Ad/Job Board reviewing and update, interview arrangement, offer recommendation, offer letter preparation, reference check, etc.
Conduct the New Hire Survey to get/collect the feedback on the recruiting experience and on boarding process, and develop the Just Do It action plan and long term strategy
Be responsible for internal movement, for instance promotion, job transfer, etc.
Employee Communications
-Coordinate and facilitate all kinds of employee communication initiatives like Waterfall Meeting, General Manager Roundtable and other ad hoc communication events
-Administrate the People Survey Process and follow up the actions plans
2.Employee Counseling, Dispute and Disciplinary Action
-Coordinate with Legal department for any employee and labor dispute process
-Manage the employee disciplinary action process
3.Employee Events and Employee Club Management including but not limited to:
-Annual Employee Events planning and budget control like all kinds of employee activities
-Manage the Employee Club
