职位描述：
Responsibilities：
 1. Completing hiring tasks to meet the requirements of each department. 完成员工招聘任务，及时满足各岗位的人员需求。
 2. Managing employees’ on-board procedure, collecting employees' information, signing labor contracts and building their personal files. 做好员工入职管理，完整收集员工信息，完成员工合同的签订，建立员工个人档案。
 3. Implementing orientation training, updating the training documents. 做好员工入职培训工作，及时更新员工的培训档案。
 4. Dealing with employee relationship, including welfare and labor disputes. 处理员工关系，包括员工福利管理和处理劳动纠纷。
 5. Handling resignation procedure, ensure everything is completed. 为离职员工办理相关手续，确保手续齐全。
 6. Handling social security and housing fund ensure the amount is accurate. 为员工办理社保公积金，确保每月社保及公积金数额的准确。
 7. Managing employees' attendance and leaves, including annual leave, casual leave, sick leave. 员工考勤和假期管理，包括年假、事假、病假等。
 8. Renewing employees' labor contracts on time and keep the contract into employees' files. 做好员工合同的续签及保存工作。
 9. Keep good communication with the internal departments. 与内部的相关部门保持良好的沟通。
 10. Assist certain admin projects. 协助一些行政相关项目。

Requirements：
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resource or related is prefer. 本科及以上学历，人力资源或相关专业毕业优先。
 2. 3 years' experience in HR and Admin related work. 五年以上人力资源工作经验 3. Versed in labor law and regulations 精通劳动法规
4. Negotiation skills 具有良好的沟通能力。
 5. Proactivity and Multitasking 工作积极主动。
 6. Patient and Attentive 做事有耐心且细心。
 7. Good English is a must.
