Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for all accounting and finance aspects of our Changzhou
facility, including financial accounting, statutory and group reporting, cost accounting, AR and credit, AP, FA, internal control, tax and treasury processes for our commercial and manufacturing operation in Changzhou, Jiangsu province.
1. Manages a team of about 10 plus associates to take care of all accounting and finance functions
2. Establish and integrate business and financial processes at the new acquisition to
bring it into Group system and policy standard
3. Establish adequate accounting policies and procedures and ensure adherence to all
Corporate and local policies
4. Enforce and promote adequate internal control environment at all times and in all
functions of the business
5. Leading timely and accurate monthly close processes
6. In charge of supply chain finance and provide accounting and finance support for all
supply chain activities
7. Provide timely and accurate information to drive operation behavior to achieve profit,cash flow and WC goals
8. Establish FP&A function to provide accurate forecast and planning
9. Work with the JV partner to provide commercial analysis and support for business
development and drive growth
10. Supervise tax compliance and tax planning function
11. Manage local treasury functions including AP, AR, credit control, bank counts and
ensure liquidity of the company
12. Review and support capital spending and other investment decisions
13. Coordination with external auditors, bankers, consulting firms, insurance ompanies
etc.
14. Led efforts for accounting system alignment/deployment if necessary
15. Work closely with US headquarters
16. Develop talents in the organization
17. Performs special projects and ad-hoc analysis as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Finance
2. 10+ years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance with increasing
management responsibilities
3. 2+ years of experience as Controller or equivalent Core Measures (China) Consulting Limited
4. Experience in both manufacturing and commercial accounting/finance areas
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English
6. Ability to collaborate with various stake holders and influence decision making
7. Strong leadership, people development and organizational skills
8. Hands on, results oriented, proactive, and possess a high level of integrity
9. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
10. Ability to drive process improvement and change
11. Strong Microsoft Office skills
12. Stable and willing to work full time in the Changzhou area for at least 3 years

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience working in a JV in China
2. CPA CMA MBA
3. Experience with SAP
