职位描述：
Position Purpose:
1.Responsible for maintaining all general accounting and reporting functions,including receivables,payables,fixed assets,accrued or prepaid expenses.
2.Responsible for the development,analysis and interpretation of statistical and accounting information to appraise profitability,capital expenditures and performance against budget.

Main responsibilities:
1.Maintain the company's system of accounts and keeps books and records on all company transactions and assets.
2.Presents financial statements and related disclosures in accordance with US and Chinese generally accepted accounting principles and other established policies and procedures,
3.Schedules ,organizes and implements the annual planning and quarterly forecast processes,including gathering and projection of new requests.Summarizes conclusions,findings and submits completed plans for approval of the controller and Factory.
4.Develops ,analyzes and interprets accounting information in order to appraise operation results in terms of profitability.performance against budget.
5.Accountable for reporting consolidation,analysis,presentations and reviews,financial modeling and scorecards.
6.Monitor spending VS budgets and FCF status and take proper actions with various departments to achieve targets.

Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree in business,preferred concentration in accounting,finance,or economics.
2.Above 5 years of working experience in Finance in MNC,including over 3 years on managerial position.
3.Good sense of responsibility,willing to work under pressure.
4.Be able to work independantly and good thought leadership.
