职位描述：
Roles and Responsibilities:
？Manage Talent Acquisition operations, including application tracking system maintenance, hiring tracking and data analysis.
？Manage TA documentation, including vendor contract, service payment and etc.
？Attract and source candidates using a variety of recruitment methodologies, such as internal and external posting, referral activities, direct sourcing through job boards and social media.
？Consolidate and maintain talent pool, drive data accuracy and consistency.
？Get involved in recruitment cycle, including Hiring Manager engagement, sourcing and selection, candidate presentation, interview arrangement and offer management.
？Support various recruitment projects per request, such as employer branding, process and policy optimization, system optimization, campus recruitment, etc.

Requirements:
？1-2 years working experience, recruiting or other human resources experience is preferred
？Attention to details and accuracy
？Strong communication skills and good team spirit
？Quicker learner with strong learning agility
？Goal oriented
？Fluent in Chinese and English
？Proficiency in Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 举报 分享
