帝斯曼（中国）动物营养研发中心

 

帝斯曼（中国）动物营养研发有限公司系帝斯曼营养产品部动物营养全球研发中心的第二个场地，位于河北省霸州市，项目总投资约2200万美元，占地面积约52亩，建筑面积约2万平方米。包括一座世界一流的试验办公楼，一个全部采用瑞士Buhler公司设备的试验用料饲料厂和六栋现代化、无污染试验专用猪舍及鸡舍。该研发中心拥有员工31人，其中包括8名博士。主要研发方向为动物营养应用研究、实验分析、饲料研发等，专注于发展和支持帝斯曼全球性产品以及中国地方性解决方案；专注于动物饲料行业。

帝斯曼公司创始于1902年，致力于通过生命科学和材料科学领域的创新产品和服务，帮助人们改善生活。在全球范围内，帝斯曼是维生素、类胡萝卜素以及其他用于饲料和食品行业精细化工品的世界领先的开发者、生产者和供应商。

该研发中心投资运营以来，每年保持3000万人民币研发投入用于饲料实验开发、动物养殖试验以及实验室研发工作。作为一个具有国际影响力的跨国企业，帝斯曼公司在全球动物营养领域一直以来出于行业领导者地位，研发中心每年大约有300万元左右的研究动物在当地销售，每年有大量科研成果用于公司内部新产品开发与推广。

 Job Description

   SHE compliance
1.Understand and obey all the policies and rules about SHE& Security management in site strictly.
2.If find out any significant risk about SHE & Security management at work, should tell it to our superior immediately.
     -.100% time in lab to provide the technical support through the application tests
     -.Provide formulas, formulated paints, coated panels and test results from lab

Preferred Profile
1.Bachelor degree, Major in any one of the following disciplines: Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Chemistry
2.3-4 days per week for at least 3 months;
3.Certain understanding of English
4.Detail-oriented, down-to-earth, good learning agility and hands-on mentality; 举报 分享
