职位描述：
The Systems Engineer be responsible for the entire propulsion system, and will work in project teams which usually consists of a lead engineer, functional managers, electrical and mechanical engineers.

Analysis of customer technical requirements

Establishing the propulsion system technical solution together with the lead engineer
与项目总工程师一起制定牵引系统解决方案
Dimensioning and specification of components such as transformer, motor, converter, other traction system components
制定系统部件的规格计算，如变压器，牵引电机，变流器，其他牵引系统部件
Performance Calculations性能计算
Creation, update and release of documents; main documents are:
创建、更新和释放相关文件;主要的文件有：
o Propulsion performance report牵引性能报告
o System engineering specification系统工程规格书
o Component Specifications calculation部件规格计算
o Main circuit diagram主电路图
o Handling System requirements处理系统需求相关文件
Participation in all stages of design review and First Article Inspections参加各个阶段的设计评审和首件检验
Preparation of system test specification and participation in the system test and investigation test. Analyze results and write corresponding reports.
制定系统试验大纲并参加系统试验和研究性试验。对试验结果进行分析并出具相关报告。
Prepare vehicle type test specification and perform vehicle type test together with lead engineer. Analyze the results and write reports.
与项目总工程师一起制定车辆型式试验大纲并执行。对试验结果进行分析并出具报告。
Follow-up the performance of the propulsion system during the warranty period
在质保阶段跟进牵引系统的性能。
Analysis and troubleshooting of system incidents.
对于系统事故作出基本分析和故障处理。
Escalate complex technical issues to Lead & Systems Engineering Manager and management team.
向系统工程经理和上级管理团队上报复杂技术问题.
Coordinate, together with the lead engineer, the technical activities of the different engineering departments involved in the project.
和项目总工程师一起协调处理项目中各工程部门的工程活动。
Perform other relevant tasks commanded by superior.
成上级临时交付的其他相关工作任务。

任职要求：

§ MSC and above degree in Electrical Engineering (preferably power engineering or electrical propulsion systems).
§ 电气工程学士及以上学历（动力工程或电气牵引系统专业优先）
§ A minimum of 2 years experience engaged in traction systems engineering research and design work, and at least 5 years electrical design experience in a broadly based engineering organization. Experience of absorbing and using advanced foreign and domestic technology and accomplished in improving the research, design level and economic benefits.
至少两年从事牵引系统工程技术研究、设计工作的实践经验，且至少五年在基础工程部门的电气设计经验。有吸收、采用国内外先进技术经验，在提高研究、设计水平和经济效益方面取得一定成绩。
§ Able to utilize the basic theoretical knowledge and professional expertise. Can undertake independent research projects and solve complex technical problems
较系统地掌握并能能够灵活运用本专业的基础理论知识和专业技术知识。有独立承担研究项目和解决比较复杂的技术问题的能力。
§ Familiar with domestic and international rail traction drive technology status and development trends.
熟悉国内外轨道交通牵引传动技术现状和发展趋势。
§ Familiar with electric traction and electrical products standards and other standards applicable in the railway industry.
