Senior Process Expert Production / plant mainte***ce area

Tasks:
As a member of the Bosch Automotive Steering division process team, you will be required to use your skills and knowledge in the area of Production / plant mainte***ce area. You will be the primary contact in Bosch Automotive Steering Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd (ps: Company located in Shanghai, but this position will be located in ***jing) to support the entire region in the Production / plant mainte***ce area processes, methods and procedures. This will include the implementation and rollout of standard Production / plant mainte***ce area procedures, as well as providing user support. You will coordinate and facilitate Production / plant mainte***ce area process standardization with other Process Experts, the Process Managers and the IT departments. You will track and manage open BBM needs in the Production / plant mainte***ce area area and will be the primary contact and interface for SAP related issues.

Your ability to bridge the gap between existing processes at Automotive Steering division and future processes in the BBM e***ironment in the process area Production / plant mainte***ce area is a major success factor for the process implementation and system change we will face in the next year.

Your responsibilities will also include:
- Working on sustainable process improvements for organizational units (e.g. plant, departments)
- Deploying of process chain standards into the organization
- Reviewing of business process maturity (e.g. after Go Live)
- Working on dedicated process activities below project range
- Solving process incidents and daily individual problems
- Providing knowledge base for problems and solutions
- Working together with a Communication Service

Contracted as member of a BBM process network
- for analyses or data cleansing activities
- for process consulting and definition
- for support in migration and testing during Go Live and Stabilization
- Sharing of information with PST (BBM Process Solution Team) members in other regions as well as with BBM Plant ICO and BBM Key User Community
- Actively communicating with other BBM functions (e.g. Projects, Development)
- Information of process network together with PM/PD about new developed BR and process changes on a regular base (e.g. sprint information)
- Identifying training needs
- Providing expertise for training measures in close collaboration with PM/PD and the BBM qualification network

Requirements:
- Several years of experience in a manufacturing e***ironment
- business process knowledge with preference on the Production / plant mainte***ce area processes
- Familiar with SAP theory and process is highly desired
- Strong organization skills, with good project management skills
- Experience and knowledge in the automotive sector incl. the area of Production / plant mainte***ce area
- Knowledge of interfaces to other systems.
- Field or go-live experience
- Ability to lead groups and delegate tasks in a collaborative, team oriented e***ironment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Products 举报 分享
