Job Responsibilities:
?Lead out-licensing efforts for a pipeline of early stage antibody discovery and development, including identifying potential clients/partners, developing and delivering pitch presentations, managing diligence process and structuring, negotiating and closing license agreements
?Build a pipeline of technology license deal opportunities by targeting the appropriate partners, promoting H3- and SynAb- technology, identifying collaboration opportunities and structuring, negotiating and closing license agreements
?Positioning Biosynergics’ proprietary antibody platform and capabilities in the biopharmaceutical industry
?In conjunction with marketing, identify and develop new antibody drug development opportunities (from pipeline/drug tracking information or company start up level)
?Work with marketing to track and report progress metrics for penetration of drug pipeline
?Monitoring and reporting progress towards achieving projection (specification wins, sales)
?Generate sales leads and opportunities; Able to prioritize, set and achieve targets.
Qualification requirements
?MS degree or PhD degree in biology and/or medical science
?5+ years of biotech business development and licensing experience
?Experience and demonstrated track record in both product out-licensing and technology platform out-licensing
?Strong fundamental strategic, commercial and deal negotiation skills; ability to appropriately evaluate and pursue strategic deals for the business
?Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to listen and communicate effectively with internal team members and management
?Proven ability to organize and plan work and balance multiple priorities effectively meet deadlines
