职位描述：

Responsibilities:

1             Checkthe employee reimbursement, Scan the barcode in sys

2             Recheck with applicants for thereimbursement sheets SSC rejected

3             Responsible for get invoice andsent doc. to HCCC

4             Record and update the payment detaillist form

5             Receive invoice of supplier andrecord, push the GR , tracking Open PO  regularly.

6             Foreign currency payment doc.preparation

7             Release EPW of FA in sys and setasset number in SAP

8             Update EPW list and fullfillinformation

9             Check the Bank account transferringstatus from SSC to HNTC for salary/social insurance/IIT/Housing Fund

10           Go to the bank for the receipt andstatement

11  VAT invoice collection and check with VATinvoice certification with Tax Accountant.

12           Other support for staff (E.G checkthe reimbursement status )

 

1         Bachelor’s Degree and above in financial major.

2         At least two years’ experience in financial department

3         Ability to speak and lead a meeting in Englishand write reports in English.

4         Able to tackle with various businessescareful-mindedly.

5         SAP knowledge is preferred.

6         Excellent skills in excel

7         Good team spirit and communication skill.
